Oh Jessie, you've done it again. I loved these characters. Colin has been in the other books, and yet I felt I had no clue going into this one who he was at all. I love him. I ached with him. I loved with him. Arnaud was a complete surprise, too. He is a great counter to Colin, and I really felt their love. I enjoyed their early relationship, and how together they repaired the damage done.I also cannot wait for Jacky's story. My heart aches for him. I cannot imagine what his past held, and what his future holds. Jessie gives us a brief glimpse into his life, a small scene, and I just need more.

Jessie never disappoints. I always get sucked in too the story and I can never wait to see what happens next. I'm so excited to read the rest if their story, I think they're my favorite couple besides Red and Bull of course.
If you follow this series you know all the men are working on second chances. Most are caused by terrors out of their control. This, one, is more personal. Fighting back from mistakes you caused and overcoming guilt is probably the hardest battle in life. Colin's story doesn't have the drama or danger of the rest of the series. Instead, it has heart and love and the power of redemption.
Yes! I loved this book. Now I know Colin's backstory, now I know where his pain comes from, where his big heart comes from. And to meet Arnaud and the see the joy that he brought to Colin when they first met and the hope that everyone was rooting for when Arnaud came back into Colin's life again. What a beautiful story of forgiveness and second chances and starting over - it touched me in more ways than I ever thought it would.
This was a great story. I'm not a huge fan of second chance romance but I have to admit that this one was awesomely done The mistakes, The heart ache, the separation, The drama, the passion and the love work beautifully porch portrait and well done. Arnaud and Collin has so many issues to tackle, past hurts and mistakes that they are not easily forgotten nor forgiven. Although both of them are looking for that forgiveness but with the help of a few friends almost everything it's possible! So give it a try not only to this book but also to the entire series. You won't regret it! Happy reading!
*MAGNIFICENT* This was a warm and touching story about how hard it is to forgive YOURSELF. Quiet, beautiful Colin is finally chased down by his unique, stunning world famous dancer Arnaud. Still deeply in love but haunted by mistakes, misjudgment and dispair from their young love they now have a new challenge. This story was written with much love and care. It shows how in one second, ANYONE can inadvertently, impact SOMEONE else's life FOREVER. Sometimes no one ends up maimed or killed. Sometimes people are. Forgiveness is at times never given, especially from within ourselves. I thought this story was inspirational. I loved this couple and I'm looking forward to seeing more of them in the future. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!!! #ORLANDO
By far the worst in the series. No passion, one love scene, no real chemistry, just an underwhelming book. After Past Hurts the series has gone downhill. Sad as I waited for this book to come out and it was a disappointment. Not sure I'll continue to support this series.
Still not sure what's up Saul and Javier who in the books that followed theirs, including this one, it's been hinted that something is going on still and life isn't all butterflies and ponies with them. Never felt that they got their happily ever after. Series is just not as well put together as it was in the beginning.
Second chance romance is one of my favorite tropes. Past Hurts and Micah's Soldier are two that I love by Jessie. Now I can add His Premier to that list.
His Premier is book 6 in the Sizzling Miami series and while you could read it as a standalone why would you want to deprive yourself a trip into this wonderful world? Go ahead, read them all...I'll wait.
There is a beautiful imperfection in Jessie's characters that gets the readers fully invested in her stories. Did I want to knock some sense into Colin a few (read many) times? Of course! His anguish hurt! I had to put down the book a few times to take a breath.
Arnaud took his time, waiting for the right time to reappear and get his man back. While I always wish for true love to win the first time it always will prevail. Arnaud's trust and certainty that he was meant to be with Colin gave me hope that Colin would also believe. This barrier was the biggest for them to overcome.
Colin and Arnaud took turns being strong and needing strength. They were a true balance for each other. That their love was infinite...sigh.
Of course Jessie also gives us a treat by having all of my favorite men and kids play a part in this story. (Another reason to read the Sizzling Miami and Devil's MC series, hint hint!) This gave the story more depth and feeling.
I love getting any time with this made family and can't wait for more, so get working Jessie! ;)
